I'm a very happy man today. I am a Democrat, born to the blue and dyed in the wool. So, the victories that Dems had across the country are giving me a wide smile. However, at the same time I am concerned that the Democratic leadership will simply blow it. This election was about the current dire state of our economy, that is very true. It was also about something else. The rule of law was stretched but it didn't break. Which brings up why I'm here today. I'm wondering, truly, if we want to pursue criminal charges against Trump and company? Or even if we should. Yes, I am NOT a lawyer. I have no idea if he has committed crimes or not, but I believe he has. That means, for our system to work correctly and reestablish the rule of law in this country that he has to be investigated and if the evidence - if any- shows that he broke the law, charged and brought to justice. If that means serving jail time...
